The Cherry Tree

The Cherry Tree - Who we are

Originally converted from two cottages back in the early 19th Century, the Cherry Tree Public House and the land around it as it is now has been transformed and renovated into a spectacular area, whilst retaining the overall original traditional feel and style of the buildings. A friendly and welcoming place to young and old, with plenty of activities from live music and karaoke to pantomime being organised on regular basis, The Cherry Tree has over the years become one of Peterborough's premier locations for a great time out!

The Bar

The public bar and lounge offers a selection of real ales and choice imported and domestic beers and lagers, whilst also providing a superb selection of freshly prepared meals as recommended by "Al Fresco" of Peterborough's "Live" magazine! The bar retains the atmosphere of "a great place to be" whether you're looking for a bar meal or a night out to hear one of the bands.

Other benefits include a hard-standing car park for up to 32 cars, a play area for keeping our younger guests occupied, (no little ones after 9pm please!), a fully landscaped rear garden capable of hosting outdoor functions and events, and disabled access front and rear to the bar, lounge and function room.

A more recent addition to our beer garden is an area of covered seating, which will accomodate those of our guests who also enjoy smoking.

So, if you're in the area, why not visit the Cherry Tree and find out for yourself that it is the place to be in Peterborough!
